To our valued patients,
We hope you are all keeping safe and healthy during this crazy time.
As some may have noticed, we have made the difficult but necessary decision to temporarily close our practice and restrict the services offered, to an emergency-only basis. We think it is the right thing to do for the health and safety of our staff, patients and the local community, even though this will affect our business immensely. The Australian Health Protection Principal Committee (AHPPC) has also called for all dental practitioners to adopt the Australian Dental Association's (ADA) Level 3 restrictions for management of dental services during the COVID-19 outbreak.
What does this mean for our patients?
In order to keep our patients and staff safe, as well as, do our part in slowing the spread of this virus, we will be temporarily closing the doors of our practice for all dental treatment, unless it is a dental emergency. However, we will be constantly monitoring our phone lines and emails to ensure that we are there to support our patients in their time of need. All enquiries will be answered in a timely manner and our team will do our very best to help you find a solution for your dental problem. Drs. Jamie, David and Jennifer are available to address your specific dental concerns and will be able to arrange an appointment to see you should the need arise.
We appreciate your patience as we will be asking a series of screening questions to determine the risk of COVID-19 exposure and triaging the severity of the problem.
We will keep everyone updated as the policies are constantly changing.
Thank you for your understanding and support! We are still here when you need us!
